Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game and Pokémon GO players will also need to add their trainer names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

Players may only register for one tournament per International Championship event. If you register for multiple tournaments, any additional registrations will be removed.
