Any player attending an event in Brazil who will be under the age of 14 on the first day of the event will need to use the Junior version of Pokémon Champions on Nintendo Switch — which launched September 9, 2026 — throughout the event.

- 20% processing fee charged through 11:59 pm BRT on Wednesday, November 4
- 40% processing fee charged Thursday, November 5 through 11:59 pm BRT on Sunday, November 15
- No refunds after Sunday, November 15
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee

- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

Championship Series Competitor Agreement
The Championship Series Competitor Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions that govern your participation in Pokémon Championship Series tournaments, and other competitions that are organized or sanctioned by The Pokémon Company International, Inc. This Agreement applies to all levels of competitive play that award Championship Points, including but not limited to Regional Championships, International Championships, and the World Championships, whether held online or in person.
All competitors must review and accept the Championship Series Competitor Agreement before they will be allowed to register. If you have already reviewed and accepted the agreement, you do not need to accept it again.
Priority registration is currently open for those invited players who have received an email from The Pokémon Company International. If you have questions about priority registration, please contact Pokémon Customer Support.
Open competitor registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:
- Wave 1: September 22 at 7:00 pm BRT
- Wave 2: September 23 at 9:00 am BRT
Competitors may only participate in one (1) Latin America International Championship main event tournament during the 2027 Latin America International Championships. Registering for multiple tournaments will result in the removal of any additional registrations.
